Since earning its Michelin star in 2011, Le Baudelaire* has been a showcase for refined, sustainable, and generous cuisine. Executive Chef Mylo Levin and his team craft seasonal dishes that highlight simplicity and elegance while embracing a commitment to responsible gastronomy. For dinner, guests can enjoy thoughtfully curated menus of three, five, or seven courses, each inspired by seasonal discoveries and innovative creations. Le Baudelaire* welcomes guests, for exceptional dining experiences from Tuesday to Saturday.

In January 2025, Executive Chef Mylo Levin joined the kitchens of Burgundy Paris. Mylo Levin’s cuisine stands out for its generosity, simplicity, and precision. Through bold yet balanced flavor combinations, he elevates ingredients while honoring their authenticity. Each dish reflects his pursuit of harmony and sustainability, embodying his commitment to responsible gastronomy.
Le goûter du Burgundy
Working alongside the Executive Chef, Léandre Vivier, pastry chef, creates the Baudelaire's dessert menu. He draws inspiration from the flavours he discovers on his travels to create new sweet creations. A unique and exotic touch that enhances the classics of French pastry-making.
He also creates succulent pastries to enjoy at the Bar Le Charles or to take away, not forgetting the unmissable Burgundy snack.
