Divine terrestrial foods
Paris is a gastronomic capital as much as it is a cultural capital. And there's nothing quite like a meal in Le Baudelaire restaurant created by starred Chef Guillaume Goupil and Pastry Chef Pascal Hainigue to convince one of this. Captain Carl, his siren Marie and their sailors, the first "Cruisers", are seated in the comfortable shade of the terrace. Their taste buds are awakened by Breton-style roasted watermelon à la plancha and tuna marinated in ginger. They greedily watch the arrival of the monkfish meuniere with its nutty butter dressing, the Scottish salmon with fresh peas and the Culoiseau chicken with morel mushrooms. As a seasoned epicurean, Victoire is already studying the dessert menu and, unable to choose between fresh pineapple enhanced with green shiso, and poached rhubarb with edible verbena, she decides to have both.
Complete well-being
The next stop on your cruise will take you to a land of calm and serenity. Elegant lines, natural materials – welcome to Le Burgundy Spa by Sothys. Exfoliation, double mask, relaxing massage, the “Bonne Mine” treatment is as revitalising as it is soothing. Abandon yourself to the flowery scents of essential oils, before rising, fresh and serene to enjoy a dip in the swimming pool – your last stop on a trip to the heart of calm, luxury and voluptuousness in the heart of Paris.
